So good...so sad

It was Trader Joe night at our dinner table…First course was the Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup. Excellent! And then we had the Spinach Linguine, with a light coating of TJ’s Olive Oil, combined with a garlic pesto. To add a great flavor, I used some of the Prosciutto Kisses from Trader Joe in the Linguini. These are small bits of the flavorful Italian ham…Topped it all off with shredded Parmesan!

Now, if only we had a TJ near us…the closest is more than 90 miles away. Too far to go for a cup of soup. Woe is me…that was the last of the Prosciutto!
