for escaped inmate

I have a feeling he has left the Planet Orland.

Of course this wouldn't have happened in the Phoenix area... the prisoners there wear pink underwear under their stripes; which demoralizes the heck out of them.

    Not only pink underwear, but chain gangs as well. He would have been chained to many other prisoners which doesn't make them feel very good either.
