Prop 13 at the age of 30
Yes, it is time for a change. I voted for it 30 years ago because the legislative engine was out of control and the only way to stop them at the time was to shut off the fuel; the money. If today's legislature could get their act together and look at the whole problem, instead of their own special interests, we might get somewhere. We need 'smart' taxes!
