Yes, 'Exploit' is the right word. This is the same Congress that has ignored the difficult decisions and now wants to use the crisis for political gain.
ANWR will give us very little in the way of oil. But why tell us the truth when the lies are so much more attractive?
Cheap oil isn't coming back. Ever. And good riddance!
