Scary! I use my journal to write about my life experiences and opinions and then post severely edited pieces of it here, on my blog. I use MS Word and it’s generally pretty reliable, but not this morning. When I opened this year’s journal, I found a blank one page document! Where did it go and why? Luckily, I made a copy on Sunday and stored it on a jump drive and so recovery was fairly easy. But why did it happen? I’ll probably never know…but backup will happen every day from now on.
It’s first light and I can see the sky! It’s a very deep blue with not a hint of smoke. Scattered gray clouds are on the horizon and they will turn white in a few more minutes. I think I'll go outside and breathe deeply!
