Pure Evil!

Also on my list of things to post is the good news about the Glenn County Seniors Thrift store. We opened in our new location about three months ago and it’s been a success ever since day one. I’m on the board of director’s which means that I get to build and fix things. Build cabinets and walls and fix toilets and sinks. But there’s more to it than that; the thrift store funds the Glenn County Seniors Center and provides for the Senior Nutrition site. And it’s the only one in California that doesn’t take government money. Sure, that money really does belong to us all, but if we take it, we also receive government oversight into everything we do. There’s nothing evil about that, unless you consider government mandated paperwork to be evil. (And I do!)
