What a shame it is that these activist judges will be placed in office. Judges leashed to the White House and not allowed to judge according to the law.
We have lost the judiciary as a branch of power and the system of checks and balances is in disarray.
Activist Judge is a matter of political perspective. I dare say I'd probably think judges of your political leaning are activist judges acting outside the constitution.

Exactly the point I was making...from everything I have read of the founding father's; their intention was to have a "Living Constitution", and these two judges are so far off the mark it would be comical if it wasn't such a blatant power-grab by the White House.
