I see that Rumsfeld is highly upset with China...it seems that they are spending a lot of money on defense and as Secretary of War he doesn't want anyone trying to spend more than he does. Not that he has to worry about China catching up to what he spends. China says that they are spending $25 billion (some think it's closer to $60 billion) and we spend $450 billion, or 18 times as much.
But he may have a point...they might get more for their dollar than we do.
Let's see, how much loot has been poured into the Star Wars defense scheme ever since Ronny dreamed it up back in the 80's? By the way, it still doesn't work.
