Smile!

I was just reading a story about cameras and came across these interesting “facts”, “92 percent of all cameras sold are now digital.” And, “The megapixel race is over… Seven- and eight-megapixel cameras seem to be more than adequate. We can easily go up to a 13-by-19 print and see very, very clear detail." If true, what will cause the public to buy new cameras? According to what I read, the manufacturers are already coming out with innovations that will cause us to race to the store and buy a new camera. One is the new look; cameras don’t have to look like “cameras” anymore. They have no film in them so there is no reason to have that rectangular and boxy appearance. They can be any shape (ergonomic) at all. Another feature will be Image Stabilization. Electronics can take the hand shaking and twitches out, eliminating blurring altogether. The camera will also become a better camcorder, producing TV quality images. Canon can now capture movies larger than TV size (1,024 by 768 pixels), for better viewing on high-definition screens and computer monitors. Another feature that we can look forward to will be wireless networking. With your computer nearby, you can access the images without transferring the memory card. I like it!
