Sure. Makes sense to me...

Bush Signs Nuclear Deal With India
By Peter Wallsten
NEW DELHI-The accord, which faces a fight in Congress, calls for a sea change in U.S. policy. India would gain technology but could keep some plants secret.

Let me see how this sounds; if you secretly make nuclear weapons and refuse to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, you get a favored status from Bush. But, if you are a member of the NNPT “club” and tell everyone you’re processing uranium for fuel, you are threatened with all sorts of mayhem. I’m sure that makes perfect sense to those who love to criticize the U.S. for double standards.

We never disappoint them.
