I’ve been looking at the VA website and now I have downloaded an application form…only the government can call a 5 page (Single spaced) form, 10-10EZ. I wonder what the long form looks like?
Be careful about signing up for any benefits. There are quite a few more forms to fill out. Dean inquired about Prescription drug benefits. They have them for vets but just try to get an appointment with one of their doctors to verify the need for the drug. 3 months wait to see the doctor... I kid you not. Then before he was granted the benefit, they sent out new forms for verification that during the 5 months we had been inquiring, did his financial status change where he would not be allowed the benefit any more.
