Talk about class warfare, the House Republicans seem to have declared war on the working poor. Why is it that the government has the money to go to war but not help the working poor or fund education more.
This bill demonstrates that the stereotype that the republicans are for the wealthy. I am growing increasingly concerned about the religious rights even being religious. If there are going to be tax breaks give them to small business so they can provide benefits and be competitive with the corporate giants (which are geographicly challenged nations).
The markets can support an increase in the minimum wage.

If the minimum wage had kept pace with inflation, it would now be close to $11 an hour.
