We struck a deal with ourselves a few months ago; promising to give up satellite television service at $60 a month and invest that money into a gardening service. A “mow and blow” service and it’s been a great investment so far. Part of that plan involves new sprinklers as needed and a new controller for the system. It was installed yesterday and I was quite happy to watch someone else digging the holes and sweating over the connections. In fact we took time out from watching them work to go to the library…books being our replacement for television.
Orland has a small library but it always surprises me with the quality of new books available. Yesterday I found, All Governments Lie! by
