If they boost their spending by 18 per cent, we will only have a 400%+ advantage over them! Quick! Let’s build some more nuclear weapons… we are? Oh good!

But on a serious note; could this be just the kind of thing our military/industrial complex wants? A little ‘patriotic’ fear that puts our leaders into a buy more weapons mode? Nah! They couldn’t be so devious. Could they?
