Shame on me!

Murderer! Maybe it’s just attempted murder…without premeditation. Or maybe it was simply an accident. Our Curly Leaf Willow is the victim of a Roundup attack on some nearby weeds. I didn’t mean to do it! And I have been flooding the accident scene with water in the hopes of reviving the victim. Denise tells me that there is a chance it can come back.

I started looking for an image of a Curly Leaf Willow and that’s when I found a website that told me that a willow like this will only live for about 10 years at the most. This one’s already 2 plus years old. Getting close to middle aged.
