Dumb and Dumber

The torture continues. The lawmakers haven’t stopped questioning the general and the ambassador; never missing an opportunity to use doublespeak to further their political futures. I would give $1 billion dollars to hear some honest speech from any one of them. ($1 billion? Sure; when it comes to Iraq, money is no object!)

It pains me to join the majority, but since the majority of Americans think that their elected representatives are doing a terrible job…I’m stuck with agreeing.

“Democratic approval ratings of 31 percent leading Republican approval ratings of 21 percent in a July 9 Harris poll. A June 27 Fox News/Opinion Dynamics poll found a tighter margin with 36 percent approval for Democrats and 30 percent approval for Republicans.”

The majority of these old men and women need to retire! Not because they are old, but because they act as if they were old.
