An interesting story. I had observed (to myself) that since he had not refused to go quietly and had made a resignation speech... he must have been guilty of the charge of simple foolishness. OK, so now he's re-thought that plea. Guilty or innocent, he's NOT the 'sharpest knife in the drawer' - as my sister says. He may save his honor, whatever that means, but will the people in Idaho want a sharper knife? I would think so; that's what they paid for.
And will we ever know why the police in Minnesota are spending so much time in restrooms?
