A good article and a valid question. Is bush mentally ill? After all, with 1 out of 4 Americans suffering from mental illness, there's definitely a chance that he is one them. Annually, we get to read a detailed report on the status of his physical health; so why not a report on his mental health?
Just listening to him drone on while reading the speeches prepared for him, makes you wonder? Is he all there? And he has no human qualities in his voice; qualities like 'empathy'. Dennis may be on to something here...
