Gloomy day! Clouds and rain showers all over the valley, plus a cold wind.
But we're back inside and quite comfortable after a morning in Chico. I even got in a good 48 minute training session in the park...without getting wet!
Of course I stopped for coffee to reward myself and while I was reading the Bee, I came across a 'letter to the editor' that made my day. The letter writer pointed out the fact that Senator Obama happens to be 'white'. His mother was 'white' and so why can't he be just as 'white' as she? Well, 'duh!' Anyway, it simply pointed out the obvious... Race Doesn't Matter!
