Pedaling

Artist beats ticket for 'driving' pedal car

I don't think the prosecutor should give up. What about air bags? Does it have air bags? One for each pedaler?

    lol, no licence plates either! hehe... Thanks for the link to that.. I got a kick out of the video about the car.. Especially the bicyclists who come by and stop to watch the cop talking to the "driver" of the pedal car...
