Pessimist!

As we move closer to the election I am becoming more and more disenchanted. None of the three candidates wants to discuss what role science will have in their administration. (What losers!) Now Clinton and Obama indicate they will continue the use of signing statements. (Future criminals!) As usual, we’re going to end up with a president that bears watching at all times. And because he or she is not trustworthy, the future president will be ineffective.

I’m sure I will vote…for someone. I always do. But the enthusiasm will be lacking when I do.
