We were listening to an NPR debate on the candidates yesterday and it was most interesting…and disturbing. Personally, I am going to be very embarrassed to be a citizen alongside anyone who votes for a candidate because of race or gender. The two things that matter the very least, unless it’s whether or not they are left handed. C’mon! It’s 2008 and it’s time for us to become civilized. It’s also time for me to prepare to be embarrassed. Again.
