Amazing. I’m just back from the doctor and another acupuncture session. The results; a lessening of the pain and a greater range of motion take a few hours to appear, but when they do…I love it!
I was reading a brochure while I was waiting for the doctor and I saw the factoid that acupuncture has been around for 2,500 years. Hmm? Can you imagine the size of the needles about 2,000 years ago? And of course I had to wonder; why would the first person to do it…do it? “Yeah. I had this really bad headache, so I grabbed the wife’s sewing needle and stuck it in my foot. The headache’s gone!” What?
