Shredded Pork - Allrecipes
Reminds me of last nights dinner at La Hacienda in Chico...I ordered the Mayan Pork entree. Yes it was quite good. (Too much of course, but that's another story)
But what I was thinking about here, was the fact that I ordered the pork because I wanted that old fashioned taste of pork. Most people today don't know that pork once had a distinctive taste. It's gone. Pork is manufactured now and the meat is bland. It's the other white meat...but which other we don't know. So if we want to enjoy pork now, we have to spice it up! And this one looks spicy.
