"The problem is that our military, exhausted and under-equipped, is tied up right now on two other fronts."

With a defense budget that is larger than all of the other nations, combined; why are our soldiers ‘under-equipped’? Could it be that the money is being spent on something else? Like military subcontractors? (Over $100 billion and counting…in Iraq)
