Yes, they're right. The energy bill I want to see would force the oil companies to develop the millions of acres of oil leases they already have and have NOT touched. That's what I want them to do before they con the voters out of even more acreage. I want them to construct refineries to do something with the oil that they have now. There have been no new refineries in decades and the ones they have can't handle the amount of oil being produced. Crooks.
