From the Michigan Messenge

Lose your house, lose your vote

You become 'invisible', just like all of the other homeless.

You may note that Republicans are trying to backpedal like crazy on this one, now that it's out. But they will come up with something just as reprehensible. Trust them.

  1. Fortunately for this state, California Election Law protects people from losing their vote. BUT it is the voter's responsibility to update their address with us, especially if they vote by mail.

You think this is just a ploy to get American's to accept the bailout? My secretary watched the speech last night and was reporting to me this morning that it will help people keep their homes. Bottom line - the money is going to the big dogs, right? Disgusting...

Definitely a ploy...but what is never addressed is the the plight of those who have already lost their homes. Sure, some made terrible decisions when financing. And some were misled. Are we really a nation of 'everyone for themselves and shame on you'?

    Disgusting is right.
