I hope you had a chance to read some of the e-mail messages that were circulated by government "scientists". Besides the obvious fact that they were quite willing to lie about "facts", the thing that disturbed me the most was that there appeared to be a complete lack of ethics among all of the correspondents. No, I don't know all of the story yet...but I do remember reading stories of a moral crisis coming our way because of the fact that ethics was no longer a required course of study in many universities. What will be interesting to see is the governments official reaction. Will this be swept under the rug? Or, will some brave soul take responsibility?

And typical of me...I was also disturbed by the use of profanity and vulgarities in the e-mail. AND even more typical of me, I was disturbed by the poor grammar and spelling errors! It's the family curse...The Titanic could be sinking and I'm checking the Lifeboat Instructions for typo's.
