The saddest story…
Yesterday’s Sacramento Bee had a special section on the tragedy in the South and one story stuck with me all day. I just couldn’t let it go. It was the story of a young mother and her four children, in Greenberg, Louisiana. Here’s a link to the original story from the Detroit Free Press.

All through the day, I had a vision of our own family in such a circumstance. Our grandchildren, Karlee and Kyle, Steven and Abby…they would get to go with their moms. Meghan wouldn’t. That horrified me! How could anyone even contemplate such a thing?
