How Low Can You Go?

I just read an article about bush’s popularity level of 26%. The article was focused on just what would it take to crack the resolve of those who seem determined to ignore the facts and continue their idol worship. Interesting. But then I remembered an important and related fact; one in four Americans are mentally ill. That explains it! And now we know that the numbers will never drop below 25%.
