Yes, it's a real estate blog... but it does have some nice pictures. And some startling news; prices are falling!
Growing up here, we never imagined that prices would skyrocket as they have. In the 1940's, Manhattan Beach was where the poor people lived. In the 1950's, Manhattan Beach was where the people who worked at aircraft plants lived.
And I'm still looking for a 'genuine' Manhattan Beach blog.
