On a different note; I can’t get over the fantastic photos on the Shorpy website. The only problem I have is with the size of the images. A good broadband connection is a must! And while you are browsing the site, look for the Pie Town New Mexico images. They are definitely worth the visit. 1940 is the year that most of the photos were taken, also the year I was born. I saw most of these images a long time ago and on a different site, and I am glad to see that there are a few more that I hadn’t seen before.
