Speech!

OK, I’ve listened to McCain’s speech. And whoever wrote it did a good job. It was filled to the brim with rhetoric and very little substance. Substance, of course, makes the electorate nervous and that’s something that the Democrats have never understood. And that’s exactly how they will fail this year unless they change their strategy. Ideas are dangerous. That’s why Governor Palin has shown some interest in pursuing censorship in the libraries. Democrats might think about giving lip service to that move. It will go over big in the so-called ‘Red’ states. And after the election is over, they can claim they never said it. Or refer it to a committee. Yes, if the Democrats want to win, they must become ‘rednecks’. (And that's my pin...used to belong to my mother)
